Lavender flower infused honey (227g)

Aromatic organic Lavender infused in raw honey from our colony of honeybees.

Indulge in the brilliant harmony of nature.  Subtle Lavender scent and flavour, just enough to tickle your nose and taste buds!

Each jar captures a delicate balance of natural sweetness and calming, herbal notes, perfect for calming afternoon tea or break time.

Both lavender and honey provides anti-oxidative property, useful for soothing irritated throat.  Lavender also promotes relaxation.

Spread on toast/pancake or add to your daily  drinks / smoothies, drizzle over ice cream, or  spoon them straight to your mouth!

Little bits you see floating in the honey is some particles of lavender flower and is safe to consume.  You can strain them out if you prefer.

When adding to hot drinks, please be aware, that the good enzymes in honey will be destroyed by heat above 65 C. 

Comes in lovely reusable Tulip Weck jars with clips.
