Shilajit is a highly concentrated natural substance formed by the decomposition of plant matter over centuries. It is composed of rock humus, rock minerals and organic substances that have been compressed by layers of rock mixed with marine organisms and microbial metabolites. Packed with essential nutrients, vitamins,minerals, trace elements, carbon 60, amino acids, humic acid, fulvic acid, protains etc.

Sourced from the Altai Mountains region in Siberia and the Indian Himalayas, using traditional Ayurvedic methods of harvesting and purifying.
Its natural resin form is a dense secretion caused by the movements of tectonic plates in high altitude mountain ranges.

Traditionally mixed in ghee or milk, drunk on empty stomach in the morning.  You can add to your coffee, herbal tea, or distilled water or taken as a tablet.  We do not recommend mixing with tap water.

Recommended dose:

Adults    300-500mg (small pea size), Children 100-300mg, Pets 100-300mg depending on size.
